SPACE RENTAL

Follow the steps below to rent out our space for a private party, organizational event, reception, or viewing.

  2. Download the PDF of the El Taller Venue Contract below and read the terms & conditions carefully.

  3. Fill out the Venue Contract and send to El Taller at eltallerevents@gmail.com

  4. Make a deposit to secure the date below.

 
 

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Please download the Venue Contract PDF (above) for the most up to date rental rates.

  • The Loft (upstairs, semi-private, not wheelchair accessible) is 63 people max.

    The Café Room (main level, semi-private, wheelchair accessible) is 97 people max.

  • No. All catering must go through El Taller due to licensing requirements and quality control. Please see our catering menu for options and pricing.

  • Please speak to the staff prior to accessing equipment. We have a stage, projector, speakers, a microphone and mic stand. Additional fees will be applied if you need a tech specialist during your event. If you have a dj, that professional must bring in his/her own equipment including speakers. The customer will be responsible for any damages to audio/visual equipment.

  • We suggest minimal decorations and free standing backdrops or archways. Nothing can be attached to walls or art. Any damages will be billed for after the event. A cleaning fee of $200 will be added to your bill if the decorations aren’t cleaned by the end of the event.

  • The customer must provide written notice if canceling this agreement. The $100 deposit to secure your date is nonrefundable.
