Breath and stretch with Yoga teacher, Kate Farrell at the Q Pop-Up Session. Open to everyone and all levels. If you have never tried yoga before or you're a seasoned yogi come on down for some body awakening stretching and positive vibrations. Some mats will be provided but feel free to bring your own!
